A new chapter in my arts career. I decided to stop doing the Olive tree market for now, and to apply more for grants, Art competitions and even residency. I produced quite a bit of new artworks over the past 2 months, considering that I was very busy with landscaping. I'm very exited about doing more art, bigger art, photography and having a positive influence of society. I'm proud to produce Australian art and to give identity to Australians through my perception.

Today is the 3rd of December 2011. We are again at the Olive tree Market. The sales has been very good today and Jen has been such a wonderful support. I'm very encouraged to go big and get into the Sydney market, or Melbourne for that matter. Newcastle people are mostly not into art. I have been selling my artworks for about a third of what I want for it, even as low as A$ 10.00. It doesnt matter so much how much they cost. It's just real good to know that people appreciate them. There were 2 elderly ladies that bought some items, and they were so encouraging.
This time of the year I dont get to do so much art, because i am busy with Landscaping. I do enjoy Landscaping, but not nearly as much as I do Art. With bills to pay and Jen not working at the moment, I have to earn as much as I can. With God's help |
